Email intercept (global)

Reroutes all outgoing mail to the address below. Original recipient kept in the subject prefix +
X-Original-To header. Counters and open/click tracking are skipped while active so test sends don't pollute analytics. Halt still wins — paused stays paused.
Email BCC-all (global) ACTIVE
Source of truth:
system_state.email_bcc_all_to
Silent shadow copy of every outbound send. Recipient still receives the original — the BCC address gets an invisible carbon. Applies even while intercept is active (set both if you want one inbox for routed copies, another for shadow copies). Counters and tracking are unaffected.

Halt ALL outbound email
Single switch that stops every client mailer (Argus, HOA Sentinel, ExpatCountdown, FillMyBlog, MarTech) regardless of campaign type.
Includes transactional, drip, broadcast, warmup, event-alert, cold outreach. Use for: deliverability incident, sender-domain blacklisting, "stop everything I'll explain later".
Halt cold outreach only
paused
Halts unsolicited outreach (prospect emails, agency cold campaigns, HOA-event alerts to scraped CAM lists). Transactional + opt-in subscriber email keeps flowing. Use when reputation feels shaky but business email must continue.
Channel Kill Switches
Per-channel system-wide on/off. A channel must be enabled BOTH here AND in the client's per-client settings to actually post.
Stored in
system_state as channel_enabled.<key>; the poster reads it on every cycle, no restart needed.
