Both are doable because despite being 39 I will have a monthly pension for life, and I’ve got TSP investments that show solvency. I know I can’t claim it, but I also have monthly cash flow from renting my house out in Florida. \n I’m currently leaning Mexico, at least for a year to study Spanish via immersion.
