Notes
2026-06-11: false positive. DKIM record was actually present at mail._domainkey but qa-bot deliverability.js was treating ETIMEDOUT/SERVFAIL errors as "DKIM missing". Fixed qa-bot to use classifyDnsError() — transient DNS errors now produce severity=warn ("check skipped"), not fail. Verified DKIM exists via independent DNS lookup.
